Meet Greg Eastwood at the White Rose Shopping Centre

Stars from the England and New Zealand international Rugby League sides will be taking part in a signing session at the White Rose Shopping Centre, Leeds on Tuesday November 3 between 6pm and 7pm.

The players from both sides who will be getting ready for their Gillette Four Nations clash at Huddersfield’s Galpharm Stadium on Saturday November 7 will be available to meet fans, pose for pictures and sign autographs.

Phil Williams, the RFL’s Marketing Manager, said: “This is a great opportunity for sports fans to meet some of the best players in the world and meet some of the World Cup winning New Zealand side."

“The game at the Galpharm between England and New Zealand could be pivotal as to who reaches the final. England will be determined to gain revenge for losing to the Kiwis twice during last year’s World Cup, whilst New Zealand will be keen to erase memories of the three nil series defeat they suffered last time they were over here.” 

The New Zealand side travelling to the UK features a whole host of household names including captain Benji Marshall, Thomas Leuluai, Fuifui Moimoi and Greg Eastwood who will be joining Leeds Rhinos next season.

England’s squad boast five Grand Final winning Rhinos and also all three players who were shortlisted for this year’s engage Super League Young Player of the Year Award – Sam Tomkins, Kyle Eastmond and Richard Myler.

In addition to meeting players, visitors to the White Rose Centre’s upper circle on the day of the signing will also be able to see the Gillette Four Nations trophy.

England kick-off their Gillette Four Nations campaign against France on Friday 23 October at Doncaster’s Keepmoat Stadium. Tickets for the fixture start from £20 for adults and £10 for concessions, although all season tickets holders at engage Super League and Co-operative Championship clubs can buy tickets for £10.
