In this weeks edition of Headingley Insight Tony Smith looks ahead to the Rhinos Grand Final Eliminator against Wigan Warriors this Friday at Headingley, kick off 8pm. HOW HAVE THE SQUAD REACTED TO LAST WEEK? We were obviously disappointed after the game but having watched the game we know that we did not make the most of the opportunities that we created for ourselves. We gave them the dream start in the first twenty minutes but I thought we played our best stuff in the next quarter of the match. We produced a lot of chances but did not make the most of them, that is not like us. Throughout this season we have been really clinical but all credit to Bradford they’re scrambling defence was great and they did not let us get on top. Now we have a chance to put that right and we must take that chance. IS IT IMPORTANT THAT THIS WEEKS GAME IS AGAIN AT HEADINGLEY? We have not had too many low points this season at Headingley especially, and whilst it is never a good thing maybe it will stand us in good stead for the remainder of the season. You could see last week in the NRL Grand Final have desperate Canterbury were to win having had the despair of losing earlier in the Play offs. Hopefully, we can use this experience and turn it in our favour. WILL YOU MAKE ANY CHANGES THIS WEEK? We will select the team from a 19-man squad. Andrew Dunemann has been ruled out but otherwise everyone is available. Obviously with him out it means we will have to change things round at half back and we have had a number of different solutions to this problem this season. Those players who missed out last week have worked extremely hard over the last seven days to prove they should be in the team and that has given us great intensity in our training.
