In this weeks edition of Headingley Insight Tony Smith looks ahead to the Rhinos trip to Workington Town in the Powergen Challenge Cup Fourth Round this Sunday, kick off 3pm. HOW HAVE YOU APPROACHED THIS GAME? We have prepared for this game like any other, be it Challenge Cup or Super League, if you don't do that then you are in danger of slipping up. A lot of the players will be facing a trip into the unknown on Sunday and that is quite unusual in the modern game which means that we must prepare thoroughly to compensate for that. We have picked a team that is 100% fit and decided not to risk anyone who is carrying any knocks. At this time of year you are able to do that because of the hard work that has been done in pre-season but we are expecting big performances from those players who are coming in as they are keen to keep their place in the side. WERE YOU PLEASED WITH LAST WEEKS PERFORMANCE? It may seem strange in a 58-14 win to say that we were particularly pleased with our defence but that was definitely a strong area for us. All the players put in a good first performance of the year and set a level that we want to perform to. The same will be true this week and last weeks performance means that the players need to at least match that on Sunday to keep up our standards. WHO ARE YOUR MAIN INJURY WORRIES? We've got a some bumps and bruises out of Sunday and I am conscience that we will not play anyone who is not 100% fit, as there is no need to take risks with players at this stage of the season. The players we have brought it are outstanding players in their own right and there certainly is no question of the team being weakened by these changes.
