This Sunday's game will be a trip down memory lane for Leeds coach Tony Smith, who made 9 appearances for Workington in their one and only season in Super League in 1996. "I have a lot of fond memories from that time even though I did break my wrist playing against Castleford in only my second match," said Smith, who intends fielding a strong line-up. The Australian knows more than most the dangers of under-estimating opponents from the lower division after seeing Huddersfield Giants, the team he had just steered back into Super League with an unbeaten record, beaten at Hunslet in the fourth round last year. "We are taking it very seriously, I know how painful a slip-up can be and want to ensure it doesn't happen again," he said. Leeds have a couple of minor injury worries, including prop Ryan Bailey, who has been struggling with a dead-leg since the Rhinos' emphatic victory over London Broncos on Sunday. "I was pleased with the performance, it was good for this time of year but we must strive to improve," added Smith.
