Leeds Rhinos were today urging fans to book early for their next two home Tetley's Super League games against Grand Finalist Wigan Warriors and Bradford Bulls, following the biggest ever opening day crowd in the summer era last weekend. 15,119 were at Headingley to see the Rhinos defeat London Broncos, which saw almost the entire Main Stand at Headingley sold out for the match. The Rhinos are now urging fans to pre-purchase their tickets to avoid disappointment. Commenting on the rise in interest Chief Executive Gary Hetherington said, "We have had record sales of season tickets, in both terms of revenue and numbers purchased which is fantastic. We have a limited number of seats available per match and we are expected the Main Stand to be a sold out for our next two Tetley's Super League games. The best way for fans to insure they have a seat is to purchase a season ticket, which still is the equivalent of entrance to one match free of charge." "There is a really good feeling around Headingley at present and that was obvious from the large number of Leeds fans who turned out on Sunday," added Hetherington. The Rhinos have also experienced record sales of merchandise in the build up to the new season and at Sunday's game the club also sold out the matchday programme, Blue & Amber.
