Signed in 2007, it soon became clear that Brent was a superb addition to the squad, fitting in seamlessly to the Rhinos set up. His incredible performances on attack and defence earned him the nickname of Superman.

He first came through the ranks at New Zealand Warriors, after playing for Queensland's Under-19s, and mad his debut against Newcastle Knights in 2002. He went on to play 17 times as the Warriors made their first ever NRL Grand Final. In 2004, he made his test debut for New Zealand in the Tri Series, off the back of his best season in a Warrior's shirt, kicking two goals to earn a 16-all draw with Australia on his debut and scoring a try in the historic 38-28 win over Australia in Sydney.

In his first season at the Rhinos in 2007, he scored 24 tries in 26 appearances including crucial scores in the Grand Final semi final win over Wigan and at Old Trafford against Saints. In 2008, he played a crucial part in the Rhinos epic win over Melbourne in the World Club Challenge, coming up with the pass to put Scott Donald in for the winning try. However, a debilitating back injury ruled him out of the Grand Final victory later that year.

He was back at Old Trafford a year later as the Rhinos won their third title in a row, finishing second in Leeds' try scoring chart behind Ryan Hall.

In 2011, the New Zealander won his third Grand Final with the Rhinos, scoring in the 32-16 win over St Helens to cap off another high scoring season with 14 in 30 games. A year later, he was a two time World Champions, starting in Leeds 26-12 win over Manly Sea Eagles at Headingley but a knee injury against Wakefield in August sidelined Webb for the rest of the season and his contract. He left the club to join Catalans Dragons in September.
