At the other end of the scale is German international Jimmy Keinhorst who has been recalled into the squad following a successful debut for Hunslet Hawks last week in the Championship, when he scored two tries in the win over Barrow. The Leeds Met student made six appearances last season for the Rhinos including the Challenge Cup Final at Wembley. Keinhorst comes in for Joe Vickery who will be out for six weeks with an ankle ligament injury.
Leeds have won their last six meetings with Castleford, with the Tigers' last victory coming 24-10 at Headingley on February 5, 2010.
The Rhinos have also won on their last four visits to the Tigers, who last tasted home victory against their local rivals on March 7, 2008 (38-20).
Kallum Watkins has scored a try in each of the Rhinos' last five games against Castleford. Rhinos winger Ryan Hall has touched down in each of his sides' last three matches against the Tigers as follows: 1-3-2. Hall is just eight points away from 500 points for the Rhinos since his debut in 2007.
Danny McGuire is another player with an has an impressive scoring record against the Tigers. In his career he has scored 22 tries in 19 games against Castleford including a try at the Tigers last season.
Kevin Sinfield last week kicked six goals from six attempts to add to his 21 consecutive kicks during the play offs last season. The last time he missed a goal was in the final game of the regular season in 2012 in the Rhinos defeat at Huddersfield. He also has the longest run of consecutive appearances amongst Super League players, with 79.
Sinfield last missed a Rhinos game on 13 August, 2010, a 38-6 away victory against Castleford. His streak then started on 20 August, 2010 - a 52-6 win against Catalan Dragons at Headingley.
