A REMINDER TO OUR FANS

Leeds Rhinos has always prided itself on having the best fans in the game and the Club is proud of the fans support and always credit their following to home and away games. We are aware that the 2018 season has been a particularly tricky season at Emerald Headingley with the re-development and construction taking place and we are very grateful to all our fans who have stuck with us. We are sure that you can see first-hand that the development will make our home the envy of Rugby League. Recently however the Club have noticed a significant change in the behaviour of a section of fans and poor attitudes towards Match Officials, Opposition Supporters and Opposition Staff and Players. We respect the passion of our fans towards the game but this behaviour is unacceptable and not how we want our Club to be perceived. In particular, we ask all supporters to think about the example they are setting for our younger supporters. The use of foul language and aggressive behaviour not only makes you look bad it sets an example for others and can prevent us from growing the numbers of people who want to come and watch Rugby League.

ARMED FORCES ENTERTAINMENT

The Yorkshire Volunteers band will be performing live on the Emerald Headingley pitch in the build up to the game. The 4th Battalion of the Yorkshire Regiment and the Rifles Regiment will be joining us with displays around the ground, and there will be a bucket collection supporting Help for Heroes.
