Everybody needs good Neighbours like the Rhinos boys
Leeds Rhinos fans finally got to see their favourite Rhinos stars in Australia soap opera Neighbours on Monday lunchtime when the scene, filmed in February in Melbourne, was aired.
Stevie Ward, Kallum Watkins and Ryan Hall all featured alongside long standing Neighbours star Stefan Dennis, who plays Paul Robinson.
The scene was shot back in February when the Rhinos were in Melbourne for the World Club Challenge. The specially created scene sees the lads visiting Paul Robinson’s bar, The Waterhole, when the owner spots them and treats them to a round of drinks.

Commenting on the visit, Stevie Ward said, “It was a great experience to be on the set of Neighbours and get the chance to feature in a scene. Stefan Dennis was great with us and made it really easy. There wasn’t much acting required as we were playing ourselves but it was a good fun.”
Ryan Hall added, “My sister in law is a massive Neighbours fan so she couldn’t believe it when I told her we were going to be on the show. It seems a long time ago since we were on set over in Melbourne, I’m looking forward to seeing what the scene looks like on screen.”
Skipper Kallum Watkins added, “The Neighbours cast and crew were really welcoming to us. After we shot the scene, we were given a full tour around the set which was fascinating.”
Fans watch the episode which aired on Monday 14th May via the Channel 5’s Catch up service.
