Rhinos take the hassle out of renewing your membership
Leeds Rhinos have a couple of big goals on their immediate horizon in the next fortnight however the club’s supporters don’t need to worry about their memberships for 2016 thanks to the unique 0% interest direct debit scheme.
Kevin Sinfield and the team go into Sunday’s final regular season game against Catalans Dragons looking to cement top spot in the First Utility Super League before travelling to face St Helens in the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup on Friday 31st July.
The deadline for signing up for the 12 month 0% interest offer is this Saturday (25th July) however 2015 members don’t need to worry about missing out if they get caught up in all the excitement at this time of year. If you are a 2015 member who paid for your membership by direct debit last year and you’re happy for us to renew your 2016 Rhinos Season Membership you don’t have to do anything and we will take care of everything.
If you do not wish to continue to pay using the Direct Debit scheme or you wish to make any amendments to your Direct Debit please contact us before 5pm on Tuesday 21st July 2015 by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or coming down to the Leeds Rugby Store at Headingley Carnegie Stadium. If we do not hear from you, it will automatically be renewed.
If you would prefer to pay for your 2016 Rhinos Season Memberships outright and once you have opted out, please contact the ticket office direct on 0871 423 1315* or alternatively visit the Leeds Rugby Store at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
Premium Credit Ltd operates on behalf of Leeds Rugby Ltd to take your payments each month as a third party. They store all personal and financial information in line with data protection legalisation. The person setting up the Direct Debit does not have to be the registered Member of the 2016 Season Ticket although we do require their contact details. The interest free payments will start on the 1stAugust 2015 with 11 further payments taken on the 1st of each month concluding on the 1st July 2016. At this stage we will notify you of the 2017 season renewals and you will continue on our rolling monthly payment plan for the 2017 season with payments starting the 1st August 2016 unless instructed otherwise. You will be sent a confirmation of this approximately 1 month prior to 1st August 2016.
Here’s what you need to do now
· Check your details and let us know if anything has changed on the letter you received from us three weeks ago.
· If your details are correct, sit back and relax. You don’t need to do anything as your Direct Debit will renew automatically and payment will be taken on the 1st August 2015.
· If you need to make any changes, or if you don’t want us to renew your Direct Debit please email email@example.com , we will acknowledge your request and get in touch with you. Please include your name, customer number and contact telephone number, you must do this by 5pm tonight.
·Alternatively, you can come down to the Leeds Rugby Store at Headingley Carnegie Stadium to sign a document to state you do not wish to continue your Direct Debit for the 2016 season, we are open until 6pm tonight. As stated above if we do not hear anything it will automatically renew.
· You will receive an email from Premium Credit approximately 10 days after the agreement is renewed which outlines your payment schedule.
Your monthly payments
By signing up to our Direct Debit scheme, you are obliged to make payments on the 1st of the month. Should you fail to do this then you will be charged a default fee of £20. You will receive a notice letter which states you have failed the payment and the charge will be taken when the next payment is made.
We have the right to change these Terms and Conditions to reflect updates on business practice and relevant laws and regulations and will do so in accordance with our duty to treat you fairly and behave responsibly as lenders and will give you advance written notice.
