Changes to Tiger Bus matchday services

We have been informed by our partners Tiger Bus that our matchday Shuttle Bus Service will no longer operate this season.

Unfortunately the interest has not been as expected therefore Tiger Bus have decided not to continue the service for the remainder of the 2015 season. The service was always on a trial basis and unfortunately the numbers of supporters who have regularly used the service on a matchday means it is not viable to continue offering this route.
Michael Moore from Tiger Bus commented, “We have worked hard with the Rhinos to put together an attractive service for fans for the 2015 season to enable them to leave the car at home and relax on their way to the game; unfortunately many fans have chosen to continue to travel to the game through their existing travel means. Regrettably we are unable to continue with these services with the passenger numbers that have been using the service and therefore the TRY1 and TRY2 services will not operate for the remainder of the 2015 season.”
Leeds Rhinos Head of Customer Experience Sian Jones added, “Tiger Bus have been great partners to work with and have been really pro-active in assisting us with this service which was aimed to help improve our Fan's match day experience. The partnership however is not over and we will continue to work with them to see how we can deliver a sustainable match day supporter service for the 2016 season. We would like to thank all those fans who did use the service and hope this has not caused them too much inconvenience.”
