McClennan pleased with weeks work
Leeds Rhinos Head Coach Brian McClennan says that his team are in good spirits ahead of their clash with Warrington on Saturday evening at Headingley Carnegie.
The Rhinos lost their first game in seven when they travelled to Wigan last week but they face an inform Warrington side who are led by former Rhinos boss Tony Smith.
Commenting ahead of the game, McClennan said, “We have trained really well this week and the mood in the camp has been good. We are pleased to have Brent Webb back available and that will give us some more options in our back line. We have worked hard to correct the areas that let us down last week and we hope to correct them this week against Warrington.
“Obviously we have lost Danny Buderus but Ryan Bailey and Ian Kirke are both nearing full fitness and will hopefully be back in action in the near future plus Paul McShane is recovering well from his shoulder operation.”
