Jason Netherton
Second Rower Jason Netherton was part of the Rhinos 2001 squad and made three substitute appearances for the side that season. He was also called up to play against St Helens in the semi-final of the Challenge Cup at the JJB but he missed out on making an appearance in the high pressure game.
His time at Headingley Carnegie may best be remembered for his performances for the Academy team, whom he helped to Grand Final success. He also enjoyed a loan spell with London Broncos during his time with Leeds. He left the club at the end of 2004 to play for his hometown club Hull KR.
