The second rower picked up his leg injury prior to the Carnegie Challenge Cup Fourth Round game at Hull FC and he admitted that he has been frustrated by missing that game and the defeat at St Helens.

He told Rhinos TV, "It has been frustrating because it is just a little thing but it seems to be taking its time to settle down. Hopefully I can get the all clear this week because I would like to play at Murrayfield again. Wakefield beat us earlier in the season so we have the chance to turn that result around."
