Leeds Rugby, who recently achieved Investors in People and Work Life Balance status, are looking to recruit a pro-active and creative, stand alone Human Resource Manager who can lead the Company to Employer of Choice status. The key projects that are envisaged for the HR Manager include; entry into the Times Top One Hundred; Employer Branding; a 'Values' project and working with Key Performance Indicators. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive the successful candidate's approach will be that of a Business Partner. They will need to develop strong working relationships with the senior management team and be skilled in coaching managers across the full range of HR activities. The role involves working with a diverse workforce of in excess of 250 full and part-time employees across the group. The environment includes regular evening and weekend work and therefore it is essential to keep reviewing and implementing work life balance solutions.
