As part of a tour around the city fans will be able to see Ronnie the Rhino and the engage Super League trophy at a number of locations in the forthcoming weeks.
Leeds Rhinos' popular mascot Ronnie the Rhino will be heading out across the city in the coming weeks to help spread some cheer during these cold winter days. As part of a tour around the city Ronnie and members of the Leeds Community team are taking the engage Super League trophy on the road to share the Rhinos' succes with the rest of the city, with visits to local amateur clubs, shopping centres and workplaces planned. This week employees from Connaught in Wortley and Freight Transport Association in Horsforth have enjoyed a visit from the team and on Thursday night Ronnie the Rhino will be taking the trophy to the Morley Christmas lights switch on and also visiting the young players at Hunslet Warriors. On Friday supporters can head to Dortmund Square in Leeds City Centre, where Ronnie will be joined by the Radio Aire Dancers between 12pm and 1pm before he heads to Rothwell to be part of the celebrations for their Christmas Lights switch on, which begins at 6pm.
