Ali Lauitiiti says that he and his Rhinos team mates are refreshed mentally and physically for their return to action in Super League this Friday after a weekend without a game.
Whilst this Friday's opponents, Castleford, were battling past Halifax in the Carnegie Challenge Cup Fifth Round last weekend, the Rhinos players had the weekend off after a tough week of physically tests.
The Samoan international said the side have benefitted from the rest, "We had a tough week last week but it was good to have some time off last weekend. You could rest your body and your mind and everyone has come back in in good spirits.
"Castleford will be tough this week, they have got some good players and we know we are in for a tough game," added Lauitiiti.
