One of the improvements in the new electronic entry system is that we are able to resolve issues with incorrect cards swiftly. It has come to the club's attention that some supporters may have had incorrect season tickets purchased for them, such as a student or OAP card for an adult. The system allows us to now recognise these people instantly. If you think this may have happened to you, please go to the ticket office to upgrade your season ticket to the adult price for the season. Alternatively, you will be ask to do so by one of our turnstile supervisors and the incorrect card will be cancelled with immediate effect. The checks will start at this Friday's game against Salford at a random selection of turnstiles around the ground so we would ask if you feel this may affect you, to help alleviate congestion and any embarrassment on your part please contact the ticket office before the day of the game and we can automatically upgrade your card.
