He was taken to hospital and has since been moved to ICU.
"We would like to assure our supporters that Graham is in very capable hands at the hospital and the doctors will be keeping us informed of his progress," Wynnum Manly Seagulls CEO Scott Thornton said today.
"We will continue to support Graham and his family during this difficult time."
Current Wynnum Manly coaching staff will run the Seagulls team, which plays Redcliffe Dolphins at BMD Kougari Oval on Sunday.
