The Rugby Football League have confirmed that the kick off for the Gillette World Club Challenge between Leeds Rhinos and Melbourne Storm at Elland Road on Sunday 28th February will be 6.30pm.

Final arrangements are now being put in place for the ticket sales for the game and we hope to announce more details in the coming weeks. Tickets will certainly be on sale before Christmas to allow fans to buy tickets to this must see event as gifts for loved ones.

The game is a repeat of the 2008 epic between the same two sides at Elland Road. That match was described as one of the toughest games ever as both sides battled the elements and each other to claim the World title. Over 800 tackles were made in the game which Leeds won 11-4.

Tickets

Tickets for the Gillette World Club Challenge are now on sale and can be bought direct with Leeds Rhinos, Leeds United or the RFL.
Leeds Rhinos will be selling Gillette World Club Challenge 2010 tickets from Leeds Rugby Ticket Sales Office until 12 noon on Saturday 27th February.
After this time tickets will still be available to purchase online at www.rugbyleaguetickets.co.uk and from Leeds United Ticket Office at Elland Road on match day only*. Tickets will not be able to be purchased over the phone from the RFL after 5pm on Friday 26th February.
*Please note the Leeds United ticket office will open from 1pm on the day of the Gillette World Club Challenge.
 

*Concessions = over 65’s, students with a valid student card and juniors aged 15 and under.

Season Ticket Offer – Available to 2010 season ticket holders only

Current season ticket holders at Leeds Rhinos, Leeds United and all other Super League clubs are being offered a 20% discount on £30 category tickets (Adults £24, Concessions £12).  The offer is limited to one ticket per season ticket holder and must be purchased before 5pm on Wednesday 30th December subject to availability.

To receive the discount:
Leeds Rhinos Season Ticket Holders for 2010 must buy their tickets via Leeds Rhinos
Leeds United Season Ticket Holders for 2009-10 must buy their tickets via Elland Road
Other Super League Club season ticket holders must buy their tickets via the RFL

Family Offer

There is a family ticket available which offers fans a fantastic discount at £40 for 2 Adults & 2 Junior tickets in any of the £20 category tickets.  These tickets can be bought from Leeds Rhinos, Leeds United and the RFL and must be bought before 5pm on Wednesday 24th February - subject to availability
