Lodge Manager

Reporting to the Head of Operations, and working as a key member of the management team, this role is pivotal in ensuring that the highest quality standards are delivered to all guests whilst delivering bottom line performance.

Your responsibilities will include making sure that all Lodge receptionists are developed to provide a friendly, welcoming and highly organised service. You will be hands on and understand the importance of ensuring that all bookings and enquiries are handled in a prompt, efficient and helpful manner.

Other responsibilities include;
0 Being an inspirational leader and leading by example to motivate the team
0 Driving sales and maximising occupancy by working closely with our Marketing Team
0 Controlling costs and working to achieve all budgetary targets
0 Making sure that all health and safety, fire and security regulations are adhered to
0 Maintaining our customer satisfaction rating of 95%

The successful applicant will be totally dedicated to customer service and instil this enthusiasm into the team. You will be highly organised, have great attention to detail and know how to prioritise duties to give the customers the best possible service.
This is a full time role however, part time applications will be considered.

The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and qualifications.

Customer Experience Sales Executive

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Experience Sales Executive to work within our customer facing departments. The role holder will report to the Head of Customer Experience and assist in providing excellent customer service. You will undertake duties within at Headingley Carnegie Stadium within our ticket sales department, reception and our retail operations at the stadium and in the city centre.

Your duties will include a wide variety of office and administrative tasks. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to connect, work and liaise with customers and colleagues of different backgrounds, abilities and needs. The successful applicant will understand the importance of working with others and being a team player and you will be expected to work flexibly within the existing teams. This is a full time role with a requirement to work weekends and some evenings. Part time applications will be considered. The salary for the role will be dependent on your skills, experience and current qualifications.
