Rhinos Memberships for 2018 are now on sale and there is a membership level to suit every fan. Our customer experience team have put together a comprehensive guide to how the memberships will work during next season. Please take the chance to read through the information below to see how it will impact on you. With the South Stand and the North Stand being redeveloped in 2018, there are key factors you will need to be aware of. Importantly, we have ensured that there is a position in the stadium for every current member to see the Rhinos next season.

Essential Information for all Rhinos 2017 Members when renewing for 2018 season

  • Rhinos 2018 Season Membership Renewal Deadline Saturday 4th November at 5pm!
  • From Tuesday 1st August 2017 until Saturday 4th November 2017 we will be renewing Rhinos 2017 Season Members for the 2018 season only. North Stand and South Stand members will need to call 0371 423 1315 to renew.  We will take a waiting list of names of fans who haven’t held a 2017 season membership and who wish to purchase a Rhinos 2018 Season Membership and we will notify them in November 2017 if they are able to purchase for the 2018 season.
  • In order to be able to go onto the waiting list, they must purchase a Rhinos 2018 Supporter Membership which will be the only way they can gain access to any tickets for games that we may have to sell in 2018. This is not guaranteed for every game.
  • All fans can sign up for a 2018 Supporter Membership – any juniors who sign up will automatically be a part of Ronnie’s (under 12) or Captain’s Club (12-16 year olds).
  • Junior fans who do not hold a 2018 Season Membership can only become a part of Ronnie’s or Captain’s Club if they sign up for a 2018 Supporter Membership.
  • Anyone who held a Direct Debit in 2017 and wish to pay via Direct Debit in 2018 must re-apply to pay for their 2018 season membership via the new in-house method. This can be done either at the Retail Store, over the phone or online at therhinos.co.uk.
  • The first option will be to pay for a 2018 season membership over 11 months (terms and conditions apply)
  • Fans who choose not to renew in 2018 must be aware that it is not going to be likely that they will be able to purchase a match ticket during the 2018 season to attend a home game at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.
  • The family pack offering will not exist for the 2018 season.
  • Friend for free will not be available during the re-development period.
  • The 2018 Supporter Membership will now be £15 – if there are any remaining tickets for matches to sell during the 2018 season, only 2018 Supporter Members will be granted access to them.
  • All memberships for 2018 will receive a new Rhinos Crash Card which is a small fob they will receive in their membership pack and will entitle them to a variety of discounts with our sponsors and partners / businesses around Leeds.
  • Buybacks scheme (introduced in September 2017 for the 2018 season)
  • Birthday Shout Out Tweet from Ronnie the Rhino for our junior fans – Ronnie will give daily shout outs to junior members (Ronnie’s and Captain’s) on their birthdays.
  • There will not be an option for 2017 renewers in the Carnegie Stand Seats, Carnegie Terrace and Western Terrace to transfer seats or positions for the 2018 Season. They can only renew the position they held in the 2017 season.
  • Rhinos 2017 South Stand or North Stand Season Members who purchase one of the remaining positions in the Carnegie Stand Seats will not have the option to transfer to any seats in that area that may not be renewed after the early bird deadline.

Rhinos 2017 Carnegie Stand seats, Carnegie Terrace and Western Terrace Members

  • Rhinos 2017 Carnegie Stand seats, Carnegie Terrace and Western Terrace Members will have until Saturday 4th November 2017 at 5pm to renew in the position they held in 2017.
  • There will be no option to transfer from this position to another area of the stadium.
  • If you choose not to renew your Season Membership in 2018 then it is not going to be likely that you will be able to purchase a match ticket during the 2018 season to attend a home game at Headingley Carnegie Stadium.

Rhinos 2017 South Stand Members

  • Only Rhinos 2017 South Stand Members will be able to purchase Rhinos 2018 Season Memberships in the new South Stand, the Carnegie Terrace or the Western Terrace that are available.
  • There will be 2000 positions made available in the new South Stand during development from the start of the Rhinos 2018 Season. These will be sold on a first come, first served basis for Rhinos 2017 South Stand Season Members only. Please be aware that this stand will still be in development in 2018 therefore facilities will be limited.
  • Rhinos 2017 South Stand Season Members who do not secure one of the 2000 positions in the new South Stand for the 2018 season will need to purchase a position in either the Carnegie Terrace or Western Terrace. There will not be an option to renew into the North Stand Temporary Seats as these have been allocated to Rhinos 2017 North Stand Members to renew into.
  • If Rhinos 2017 South Stand Season Members do not purchase a Rhinos 2018 Season Membership, then there will be no guarantees that they will be able to attend matches during the 2018 season.
  • In 2018, Rhinos 2017 South Stand Members must purchase a membership (seated or standing) to receive 1st level priority in 2019 in the South Stand Terrace and South Stand Seats. After this priority period, other Rhinos 2018 Season Members will have 2nd level priority before they go on general sale.
  • Rhinos 2017 South Stand Disabled Season Members will be contacted directly about their positions for the 2018 Season. Positions must be renewed for the 2018 season to guarantee 1st priority in 2019 in the new South Stand wheelchair area. After this priority period, other Rhinos 2018 Disabled Season Members will have 2nd level priority before they go on general sale.
  • If a Rhinos 2017 South Stand Season Member has purchased a transfer to a North Stand Seat for the remaining Super 8s fixtures in the 2017 season, this does not allow them access to purchase a seat in the North Stand Temporary seats in the 2018 season.

Rhinos 2017 North Stand Members

*North Stand denotes Main Stand and Paddock seats

  • During the 2018 season, a temporary seated stand will be available in the area where the North Stand was situated.
  • Rhinos 2017 North Stand Season Members will need to renew on a first come, first served basis from the date memberships go on sale for a position in the temporary North Stand seats for the 2018 season or take a standing position in the Western Terrace. Only Western Terrace will be available as the available positions in the Carnegie Terrace have been allocated to Rhinos 2017 South Stand renewers.
  • When season memberships go on sale on Tuesday 1st August 2017 Main Stand and Paddock season members will purchase a place in the stand not a specific seat – seats will be specifically allocated after Saturday 4th November (early bird renewal deadline).
  • If you wish to be together in a group in the temporary North Stand seats for the 2018 season, please renew your memberships as a group and we will aim to keep everyone together – please note this is not guaranteed for larger groups. At the time of allocation of seats in November, if necessary we will contact members to discuss their options.
  • 2017 Rhinos Season Members who do not hold a Main Stand or Paddock season membership will be unable to purchase a position in the temporary North Stand seats. This is because the seats within this area have been allocated to Rhinos 2017 North Stand Season Members.
  • In 2018, Rhinos 2017 North Stand Season Members must purchase a membership (seated or standing) to receive 1st level priority for seats in the new North Stand in 2019 or can remain in the Carnegie Stand seats. After this priority period, other Rhinos 2018 Season Members will have 2nd level priority before they go on general sale.

NOTE: ALL MEMBERS GET A PERSONALISED ELECTRONIC ACCESS CARD- IF THEY WERE A MEMBER IN 2017 IN EITHER THE CARNEGIE TERRACE, CARNEGIE SEATS OR WESTERN TERRACE, THEN PLEASE ENSURE THEY KEEP THEIR CARD FROM THE 2017 SEASON AS WE WILL BE RENEWING THE 2018 SEASON TO THAT CARD UNLESS CHANGES ARE MADE.

ALL 2017 SOUTH STAND MEMBERS, MAIN STAND MEMBERS AND PADDOCK MEMBERS WILL BE ISSUED WITH NEW SEASON MEMBERSHIP CARDS FOR THE 2018 SEASON.

Transferring seats: -This option will not be available for the Rhinos 2018 Season Membership renewal period.

New Members: They must purchase a 2018 Supporter Membership and then they can be added to the waiting list. They will be notified after the Early Bird Renewal / Seat Deadline on Saturday 4th November if they are able to purchase a membership for the 2018 season. Please note this is NOT guaranteed. The value of the 2018 Supporter Membership will be discounted from the cost of the 2018 Season Membership should they be able to purchase one after the Saturday 4th November deadline.
